Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service.We also accept all major credit card payments. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to No Monkey Business Cleaning Services LLC

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied, please inform us immediately (within two business days) and we will re-clean the specific area again, free of charge, or correct the situation to your satisfaction.
